Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we do accept credit card transactions through PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal account to proceed with your transaction.

Q: If we pick up our order, can we pay in person?

A: Yes you can. If you pay in person, we currently only accept cash.

Q: I recently viewed your website and they had a product in stock I wanted. Now this item is no longer here.

A: At this time, stock is limited so if it is no longer available then unfortunately it has been sold out. If you see something you like it is advisable to buy it sooner than later as it may not be there next time.

Q: I live in Vancouver BC. Can I purchase products online and pick it up in person to avoid shipping charges?

A: Yes you can. You must select “Afghanistan” when you choose country of shipping destination to indicate it is a pick up order. Please leave a comment of when you would like to pick it up.

Q: How do I know what size fits me?

A: On each product, there is a size chart. Please refer to it.

Q: I sent you and e-mail. How long before I get a response back?

A: Unless otherwise, generally you can expect a reply within 48hrs. Try Facebook messaging us for a faster response within a few hours.
